Take a scenic drive from Caledon to Greyton, better known as the "Jewel of the Overberg". A winding road of about 39 km will take you there. The road leads through golden wheatfields and rolling hills. You can lookout for the famous Blue Crane bird, South Africa's national bird and is restricted as a breeding specie to the Overberg, except for a few pairs in Swaziland, Namibia and Botswana.

Another scenic drive is along the R320, from Caledon towards Hermanus. This route will take you through the spectacular Hemel-and-Aarde Valley. It is here that wine lovers can treat themselves to unique wine tours, while tasting numerous acclaimed wines.
